WEATHERING THE STORM

As I watched this video, I reflected how things have been for me the last couple of months. I have experienced trials at work, home, ministry, financial issues, illness, hospitalizations, death, and brokenness... Wave after wave of difficulties...
BUT
But his answer was: “My grace is all you need, for my power is greatest when you are weak.” I am most happy, then, to be proud of my weaknesses, in order to feel the protection of Christ's power over me. – 2 Corinthians 12:9 (GNTD)
I remember as a little girl spending summers in the south with my grandma. When she knew a storm was coming, she would turn off the television, and lights, your couldn't even talk on the phone. She told us all to get someplace low and quiet and pray until the storm passes.
I have found that advice to flow over into my everyday life... I find a quiet place in my spirit and pray until the storm passes. I am content and able to weather my storm knowing that God hears and answers prayers. Stay encouraged in the midst of your storm.
Be Blessed, G
